99 GAL Friends Impact Grants
99 GAL Friends of Yamhill County awards yearly "Impact Grants" to local nonprofits and other organizations for the benefit and well-being of underserved populations. Each Focus Team begins by researching community needs and connecting with colleagues to determine if projects or initiatives are eligible. If so, the organization is invited to apply for an Impact Grant. Each Team is responsible for reviewing its applications before funding is approved. Thus far, amounts awarded have ranged from $200 to $5,000, with a total of $64,000 for the initial two years.
